  It is very important that you understand pets that show a tendency to bite or jump around may be muzzled or attached to a grooming arm for his safety and ours.  

  Pets that are uncontrollable will be sent home and charged for the amount of grooming that has been accomplished. We understand it is not fair or acceptable to force your pet to accept the grooming session. 

  We have the right to decline services on any pet that may not be suitable with our grooming service or jeopardize the safety or well being of our clients. We appreciate your understanding.
